We provide a Training Needs Assessment to staff in chambers, which will help them identify where they need to have individual training. E.g. Do you know all you need to know about Fee Collection in your chambers? Many clerks do not know how the system works as the chambers has a Fees Clerk but need to be able to understand the system when they get into a more senior role. We intend to help staff to "plug" the gaps in their education, so that it helps the chambers and individuals to develop further. We provide Staff Training for individuals or groups of clerks from induction training for junior clerks, specific training on fee negotiation techniques, and business development and marketing.
