We provide services to Barristers' Chambers, in particular, on all staffing matters, including staff training,
headhunting and staff recruitment assignments, finding staff for the following positions in chambers:

Chambers People was established in 2002, and have worked with the majority of all the barristers' chambers in England and Wales with staff issues or other matters.
We are a people to people service, providing help and advice to clerks, support staff, and to barristers too.
We are our proud of our reputation for giving fair and independent advice, and we are trusted by clerks to protect their confidentiality in the course of recruitment assignments.
Chambers People has now placed many hundreds of candidates in posts in chambers which includes all the leading sets of chambers in London, and all the major towns and cities in England and Wales, including Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Southampton, Maidstone, and Canterbury.
Chambers People operations are run by Martin Poulter, assisted by Ginnie Rule
Martin Poulter set up Chambers People in 2002, after a successful career as a Senior Clerk which started as a junior barristers' clerk in 1977 in Lincoln's Inn. Martin has experience of every aspect of running a barristers' chambers - from Diary and Practice Management, Fees and Financial Management, Business Development and Marketing, Staff Management, and all aspects of Business Administration. This unique experience has been important part of the success of the Chambers People business.

Ginnie Rule assists Martin with all aspects of the Chambers People business, and is in constant contact with candidates, advising them on new opportunities, and organising and managing interviews on behalf of clients. Ginnie is normally in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and has worked for Chambers People since 2005. Her help and advice to clients and candidates has contributed to the success of the organisation.
